Global geopolitical, economic, and demographic trends affect Serbia without exception, which is why it is important to strengthen equality and solidarity as fundamental social values, especially when it comes to sensitive social groups, concluded the participants of the Adria media group’s Re-Set Summit 2023 conference “A just society demands solidarity” within the panel “The future of equality and finally just society: challenges and opportunities”.

The representative of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, Bogdan Banjac, also participated in the conference and spoke about the challenges we face as a society, with particular reference to the position of women. He pointed to the projects that the Commissioner is working on in that area and announced a conference where research results on the causes of underreporting of domestic violence will be presented.

The conference “A just society demands solidarity” is the first in a series within the RE-SET SUMMIT 2023 series, organized by Adira Media Group, and aims to set concrete guidelines for creating a sustainable future.
