Belgrade’s “Pride Week” officially began on the plateau in front of the “Pobednik” monument on Kalemegdan. Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, Brankica Janković, assessed that the atmosphere before this year’s Belgrade Pride is without major tensions and added that she expects that it will pass with dignity and safely for all participants, “without any manifestations of extremism”.
