Commissioner for Protection of Equality Brankica Jankovic participated in the 7th regional conference “Pro-Femina 2019” organized by Lepota i zdravlje magazine, where she said in the introductory part that today, success is experienced in a variety of ways, but although it is an individual matter, the success is to stay you and find a harmony in everything.
Moderating a panel “First Women Club: Five Success Stories”, Commissioner Jankovic shared her experiences and personal feeling about what success is with Kati Csaba, Ambassador of Canada in Serbia, Tijana Palkovljevic Bugarski, manager of Gallery of Matica Srpska, Visnja Ljubicic, Gender Equality Ombudsman of Croatia and Branka Pudelja Durbaba, Managing Director of Vip Mobile market.
Panel participants agreed that success requires persistence, dedication to a goal, but also to have faith in yourself and have a positive attitude in life. In order to have that, we need to have the support from the persons close to us and that is why the harmony of business and private life is the greatest success.
