Acting within the legally prescribed competence to monitor the implementation of laws concerning the prohibition of discrimination and recommend measures to public authorities and other persons to achieve equality and protection against discrimination, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality issues this

RECOMMENDATION OF MEASURES FOR ACHIEVING EQUALITY AND PROTECTION AGAINST DISCRIMINATION

The Commissioner for the Protection of Equality recommends to the Kaludjerica Health Center:

– organize work and take all necessary measures to ensure accessibility of all health care services in this Health Center to persons who use wheelchairs or who have difficulty moving due to their disability, health condition, age or some other personal property, either by a new distribution of consulting rooms or otherwise.

The Kaludjerica Health Center will inform the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality about the measures taken in order to implement this recommendation, within 30 days from the day of receiving the recommendation of measures for achieving equality.

In accordance with the law, no appeal or any other legal remedy is allowed against this recommendation of measures for achieving equality.
