OPINION
The opinion was issued in a procedure following a complaint filed by N. L. from R. against PE “Srbijagas” Novi Sad. The complainant stated that she had been born on … and that by signing Annex III of the Employment Contract no. 01-01-1/474 dated December 9, 2014 she had been transferred from the Organizational unit in B. to a new post in P. In the statement of the director of public company “Srbijagas” Novi Sad, it was stated that the complainant had been transferred to another post because of the need for reorganization and rationalization of the business operations, and in accordance with the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. During the procedure, it was established that there were also employed persons of 29 to 65 years of age among the employees who had been transferred to other posts, who had changed their workplace and whose job coefficient had been reduced. It was established that public company “Srbijagas” Novi Sad had provided sufficient evidence to conclude that the offer from the Annex to the Employment Contract by which N.
