Ms Brankica Janković Equality Protection Commissioner met Mr Erwin Buchinger, the Ombudsman for persons with disabilities of Republic Austria.

The Commissioner and Austrian Ombudsman agreed that the position of persons with disabilities must be further improved especially regarding their legal and social status. On the working meeting they agreed to improve cooperation between two institutions primarily through continuing exchange of experiences and knowledge.
