SEMI-FINALS OF THE “MOOT COURT” COMPETITION HELD

The Sixth national Moot Court competition in the field of protection against discrimination, which the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality organizes in partnership with the Open Society Foundation for students of law faculties in Serbia, took place in the courtrooms of the Administrative Court in Belgrade.

At this year’s competition 17 teams were registered from all accredited law faculties in the Republic of Serbia, of which 8 qualified for the finals.

Judges at the moot court were renowned lawyers and experts in the field of human rights, including Bosa Nenadić, Lidija Đukić, Milan Antonijević, Constitutional Court justice Bratislav Đokić and others.
