RECOMMENDATION ON MEASURES FOR ACHIEVING EQUALITY

The Commissioner for Protection of Equality recommends to the marketing agency ___________

– when creating advertising content, to take care that this content does not advocate or support prejudices and other social behavior patterns based on stereotypes, and in particular that such content does not hurt the dignity of a person because of his/her personal characteristic.

No appeal or any other remedy is permitted against this recommendation on measures for achieving equality in compliance with the law.
