In the procedure conducted following complaints submitted by two employees of the Center for Social Work in Gadžin Han against Zoran Todorović, then-director of the Center, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality issued an opinion stating that his actions violated the provisions of the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination.

The opinion was issued due to discriminatory conduct directed at the complainants after they refused to attend a political gathering in Jagodina.

A recommendation was issued to Zoran Todorović to submit a written apology to the complainants for his harassing and degrading conduct.

Since Zoran Todorović failed to act upon the recommendation even after receiving a warning within the legally prescribed 30-day period, Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, Brankica Janković, is informing the public of this, in accordance with the Law.
