In the proceeding upon complaint filed by Regional Info Center from Belgrade against director of FC “Crvena Zvezda” Zvezdan Terzic, because of the statement he gave in the interview for web portal Mondo that he would not bring a player of homosexual orientation, Commissioner for the Protection of Equality issued an opinion that provisions of the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination were violated, together with recommendation for elimination of these violations.

During the proceeding, it was determined that Zvezdan Terzic, as director of FC “Crvena Zvezda” has factual influence on the employment policy and that controversial statement was published accurately.

Since Zvezdan Terzic has not acted upon the recommendation in the legal 30-day period, we notify the public about that, in accordance with the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination.
