The delegation, the Advisory Committee for the Protection of National Minorities, visited the institution of Commissioner for Protection of Equality.

Representatives of Commissioner presented their activities and key issues in the field of protection of equality, with special emphasis on the issue of discrimination and the position of national minorities, especially Roma to the members of delegation of the Council of Europe.

Representatives of the Advisory Committee of the Council of Europe were also informed about the work of our institution related to protection against discrimination, with special emphasis on the state of the rights of national minorities in Serbia on which this body is reporting.
