Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, Brankica Janković, gave lecture to doctoral students at Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, within a class “Control and regulatory bodies and sector policies”.

Commissioner presented the role, position and relations of institution of Commissioner for the Protection of Equality with other state authority bodies in Republic of Serbia, together with most important challenges and achievements of this institution in combating discrimination.

After the lecture, Commissioner Janković spoke with students about discrimination phenomenon, personal characteristic that can present grounds of discrimination and examples from the Commissioner’s practice.
