Acting within the legally prescribed competence to monitor the implementation of laws concerning the prohibition of discrimination and recommend to public authorities and other persons measures to achieve equality and protection against discrimination, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality issues the following

RECOMMENDATION OF MEASURES FOR ACHIEVING EQUALITY AND PROTECTION AGAINST DISCRIMINATION

The Commissioner for the Protection of Equality recommends to the School Administration:

– to point out to schools in the area of ​​school administration the obligation to provide access to the E-diary at the request of a parent who does not exercise parental rights over his children, but meets the conditions in accordance with the law, regardless of the fact that a parent who independently exercises parental rights already has access to the E-diary.

The school administration will inform the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality about the measures taken within 30 days from the day of receiving this recommendation.

In accordance with the law, no appeal or any other legal remedy is allowed against this recommendation of measures for achieving equality.
