Commissioner for Protection of Equality Brankica Jankovic gave an introductory lecture at the seminar organized by Commissioner for Protection of Equality for the employees of National Emoployment Service in Novi Sad.

At this seminar, titled “Implementation of Anti-Discrimination Regulations”, Jankovic spoke about the role of Commissioner and its mandate in the area of protection against discrimination at work and through practice examples pointed to the harmfulness of discrimination.

Commissioner said that great number of complaints is related to the area of work and employment and thus it is extremely important that the employees learn about discrimination, from normative framework, over difference between mobbing and discrimination, to eradicating the prejudices from their work with citizens.
