Acting within the framework of legally prescribed competencies to monitor the implementation of laws concerning the prohibition of discrimination and to recommend measures to achieve equality to the public authorities and other persons (Art. 33, para. 1, items 7 and 9 of the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination, “Official Gazette of RS “, No. 22/2009), the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality addresses to the Pre-school institution “S.” from V. the following

RECOMMENDATION ON MEASURES TO ACHIEVE EQUALITY

1. Pre-school institution “S.” from V. will take all necessary measures to ensure that children with a health problem are provided with food, as well as children who have specific nutritional requirements for religious or other non-health reasons.
2. Preschool institution “S.” from V. will inform the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality on the measures planned in order to implement this Recommendation, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Recommendation on measures to achieve equality.
