Acting within the framework of legally prescribed competencies [1] to monitor the implementation of laws concerning the prohibition of discrimination and recommending to the public authorities and other persons the measures to achieve equality, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality addresses to the Health center the following

RECOMMENDATION ON MEASURES TO ACHIEVE EQUALITY

The Commissioner for the Protection of Equality recommends ______________________:

• To refrain from prescribing in its Rule book on professional development a criterion for referral to specialization that pertains to the age of the candidate, and to remove such criterion if it is already prescribed;
• ______________________ will inform the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality of the measures planned in order to implement this recommendation, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Recommendation on measures to achieve equality.

No appeal or any other legal remedy is allowed against this Recommendation on measures to achieve equality, since the Recommendation does not decide on the rights and obligations of legal entities.
