As part of the project “Improving Equality in the Field of Work and Employment – A Joint Initiative for Workplace Equality” and with the support of GIZ Serbia, a promotional film titled “Diversity is Strength” has been produced. The film highlights the importance of implementing anti-discrimination and inclusive workplace policies.

It also showcases the project’s key achievements and summarizes the experiences of companies and business associations participating in the “Partnership for Equality” initiative.

The film “Diversity is Strength” is available on the official YouTube channel of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, as a reminder that people — and their differences — are the most valuable asset of any work environment.
