Brankica Janković, Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, took part as a jury member for the election of best orator in the first debate on social inclusion named “To be the same – to be different” that was jointly organized by Dean Collegium and Student Parliament of the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation at Belgrade University. Main topic of debate was social inclusion of persons who belong to vulnerable and marginalized groups. The first prize was awarded to Sara Đurđević, the second to Dragana Kulezić and the third to Jelena Jovanović. Right to participate had the students of undergraduate, master and doctoral studies at the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation. Commissioner Janković said that students have demonstrated what real fight for equality looks like, both in terms of topics they have selected but also with their speaking skills. Other members of the jury were professors at the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation, Zagorka Gašić, Sanja Ostojić, Danijela Ilić Stošević and Aleksandar Jugović, as well as Irina Ristić, professor at the Faculty of Drama Arts, Siniša Ranković, president of Association of Special Education Teachers in Serbia, Igor Raičević from Secretariat for Education of Children and Youth in City of Belgrade Administration and Miloš Nikolić, student of the Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation.
