The company Delta Holding has officially signed the Charter for Equality of the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, thus joining numerous domestic and international companies committed to strengthening equal opportunities in the workplace.

The Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, Brankica Janković, emphasized the great importance of having a business community that advocates for human rights and equality, a point she also stressed during the presentation of this company’s 2024 Sustainable Business Report. She highlighted that the right to dignified work, free from discrimination, directly affects citizens’ quality of life, business productivity, and overall social progress. She added that Delta Holding has been dedicated to improving workplace equality for years, and that this formal signing simply confirms their serious intentions.

On behalf of Delta Holding, the Charter was signed by Tijana Koprivica, the company’s Director of Sustainable Development, who stated that inclusive practices are an integral part of everyday business operations and that, by signing the Charter, the company is further expressing its support for human rights in the workplace and its commitment to an inclusive and anti-discrimination culture.
