The next day, they visited a medieval castle in the Italian town of Gorizia and toured the Zoff organic cheese farm nearby. This was followed by a visit to the city of Udine and to an ethno-tourism facility near the Tenuta Valdomini S. Agricola R.L. winery. On the final day, they visited the famous Postojna Cave and the bio-restaurant Trnulja in Slovenia, which, in addition to food, also offers oils, beer, brandies, and other homemade products made from ingredients they grow themselves.<\/p>\n<p>The study visit was organized within the framework of the project \u201cEmpowering Women in Rural Areas of Serbia\u201d by the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality and UN Women in Serbia, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Belgrade.<\/p>\n\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Women entrepreneurs from the areas surrounding Priboj, Negotin, and \u010ca\u010dak, engaged in the production of food, vegetables, herbs, and wine, participated in a study visit to Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy.
