The team of the Faculty of Law from the State University in Novi Pazar took second place, the team of the Faculty of Law from Ni\u0161 was awarded for the best written submission, while the best speaker was Vasilije Boskovi\u0107. 15 teams from law faculties from all over Serbia participated in the competition, and this year the case referred to discrimination on the basis of financial status.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulating the winners, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality Brankica Jankovi\u0107 said that she was happy that future lawyers are inspired to join this competition every year, thus contributing to the enhancement of legal education in the field of anti-discrimination law, as well as to the advancement of equality and tolerance. In this way, our Institution offers students a specific type of anti-discrimination practice, but also a challenge for a new and creative future job, the Commissioner pointed out.<\/p>\n<p>Judges during the semi-final and final competitions were eminent judges and lawyers, including the President of the Supreme Court of Cassation Jasmina Vasovi\u0107, Constitutional Court Judge Gordana Ajn\u0161piler Popovi\u0107, former President of the Constitutional Court Bosa Nenadi\u0107, High Court Judge Neboj\u0161a \u0110uri\u010di\u0107, Deputy Appellate Public Prosecutor Dragan Te\u0161i\u0107 Deputy Republic Public Prosecutor Aleksandra Lazarevi\u0107, as well as ASNS President Ranka Savi\u0107, Director of the Center for European Policies Nebojsa Lazarevi\u0107, YUCOM Director Katarina Golubovi\u0107, Coordinator of the Initiative for Social and Economic Rights Danilo \u0106ur\u010dic, former Director of the BG Center for Human Rights Vesna Petrovi\u0107, and others.<\/p>\n\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The team of the Faculty of Law from Belgrade, consisting of Vasilije Boskovi\u0107 and Nikola Ivkovi\u0107, is the winner of the traditional &#8220;Moot court&#8221;
