{"id":42091,"date":"2021-10-13T13:20:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-13T11:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravnopravnost.gov.rs\/?p=42091"},"modified":"2021-11-05T11:02:08","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T10:02:08","slug":"no-712-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravnopravnost.gov.rs\/en\/no-712-21\/","title":{"rendered":"No. 712-21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No.\u00a0 021-01-410\/2021-02\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 date: 12.10.2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Acting within the statutory competence<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> to monitor the implementation of the laws on the prohibition of discrimination and recommend measures for achieving equality to the public authorities and other persons, the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality refers to the Protector of Citizens the following<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RECOMMENDATION OF MEASURES FOR ACHIEVING EQUALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Commissioner for the Protection of Equality recommends that the Protector of Citizens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>amend Decision No. 363-401\/21 of 9 June 2021, by using the term &#8220;parent&#8221; instead of the word &#8220;mother&#8221; and thus include all employees who have children under the age of two, regardless of the employee&#8217;s gender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Protector of Citizens shall inform the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality about the measures taken in order to implement this recommendation, within 30 days from the day of receipt of the recommendation of measures for achieving equality.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the law, no appeal or any other legal remedy is allowed against this recommendation of measures for achieving equality.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Article 33, paragraph 1, item 7 and 9 of the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination (&#8220;Official Gazette of RS&#8221;, No. 22\/09)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>COMMISSIONER FOR THE PROTECTION OF EQUALITY<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Brankica Jankovic<\/strong><\/p>\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No.\u00a0 021-01-410\/2021-02\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 date: 12.10.2021. &nbsp;
