This campaign that is being held simultaneously in several cities worldwide has a goal to introduce children to professionally successful women who would support them through telling their personal stories, to gain confidence that they can be whatever they want, regardless of their sex.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner explained the terms of discrimination and stereotype gender roles to girls and boys, telling them that they should not be tied with traditional separation to male and female occupations, but to think of how to become successful in their future dream job.
