It seems that a great number of citizens are exposed to discrimination in these times of various challenges. But, we must not forget about members of sensitive social groups who are more exposed to discrimination and have difficulties to achieve some of the basic human rights. Thus, it is of outmost importance that we all together work on the building of tolerant and equal society, where everyone has the right to a dignified living and equal chances to develop its full potentials and possibilities in all areas of social life, regardless of his or her personal characteristics\u201d, said Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner for the Protection of Equality marks the International Day for Tolerance as its own day, dedicating it to the improvement of gender equality.
