These guidelines serve as an effective internal mechanism for identifying and preventing potential cases of discrimination in the workplace. These events will offer an opportunity for participants to further enhance their knowledge on preventing and protecting against discrimination in work and employment, familiarize themselves with new regulations that impose obligations on employers, and learn about examples of good practices.
