The End of Seventh European Congress for Persons with Disabilities

Commissioner for the Protection of Equality Brankica Jankovic attended the closing of Seventh European Congress for Persons with Disabilities “Living in Encounter” that was held in Belgrade.

I believe that after three-day workshops, panels and study trips, we have learned a lot from each other and about each other, as well as that Congress motto “A Man is an Angel to Man”, said Commissioner Jankovic. She expressed hope that several hundred guests from abroad, from 11 countries – Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Holland, France, Russia, Great Britain, Slovenia and Serbia will not forget Belgrade and that they have nice impressions that would keep them coming back to our capital city.

Belgrade was chosen to be a host of this very important international congress, after the greatest Central European capitals like Berlin, Brussels Vienna and Prague, that will be held at a global level next year.
